Can I start with a small quantity?
Tell us your expected volume. Any minimum charges or commitments will be confirmed in your individual quote before onboarding.
Do you sell products or source stock?
This service is focused on preparation and fulfilment of stock you own. Sourcing and purchasing inventory are not included in the standard enquiry.
Can you prepare stock for Amazon or Noon?
You can enquire about marketplace preparation. Share the current labels, packing instructions and shipment requirements from your seller account so we can confirm the work needed. AWANZYE Prep is independent of these marketplaces.
Is shipping included in the handling price?
Courier charges are quoted separately. The final quote will describe packaging, handling, delivery and any return costs.
How do COD payments work?
If COD is required, the collection arrangement, settlement recipient, fees and payout schedule must be agreed with the courier before dispatch. COD availability is subject to confirmation.
Can I send products now?
Please enquire first. Do not send goods until your service availability, receiving address and onboarding instructions have been confirmed in writing.
How is my enquiry information used?
This quote form builds a WhatsApp message on your device and does not store enquiries. The separate client portal stores verified account details, inventory and order records for fulfilment operations. When you send it, AWANZYE receives the details to discuss your request, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Do not include payment details or identity documents.
